To prevent infant mortality in the rural villages, Care and Share sponsors Mobile medical unit in 56 rural villages where there is no medical facilities. It especially monitors children from 0-6 years of age, providing the children with medical care, postnatal care, immunization, nutritional assistance and ensuring the enrollment of every child in the school.
