We prepare training modules to usher a process of action-reflection axis. We have an expert committee that prepares modules through brain-storming sessions. We also provide many Training Programmes to our Target people in the topics such as social analysis, participatory methodologies, skill development, capacity building, leadership training, participation in decision –making process and group management, Book keeping, accounts maintenances for SHG’s and Awareness about health issues and other women’s issues, income generating activities etc.
